The spacious main room of the flat is open plan – there is a kitchen area, with a seated island making it a sociable place to cook.  There is a separate dining area with a table accomodating up to 6 people and a sitting area with comfortable sofas and a 32” television.

Each of the bedrooms can be set up as a double room (one kingsize and one superkingsize) or as a twin room.  One of the rooms has an en-suite shower room and the other bedroom is adjacent to the family bathroom, which has a shower/bath.

Outside there is a paved terrace area directly outside the main room of the Boskins overlooking a lawn and raised beds. Next to this there is a small wood that guests can access. There is also a separate locked storage area for bicycles, golf clubs etc.
